Return Policy

Items sent to us for return or exchange must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization. Fill out the following form and an RMA will be generated and emailed to you. We will not accept returns on used, altered or modified parts. All damage claims must be done within 48 hours of receipt of parts. If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately so that we can develop a solution. Parts must be returned unused and in original packaging within 10 days of delivery date. Once parts have been returned and inspected, we will return your money. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless it was our mistake. If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. There will be a 30% restocking fee. There are absolutely no returns on special ordered items. We will not accept responsibility for any costs exceeding the cost of the part.
